Reading is food for the soul

Growing up I didn’t like reading. I couldn’t get into it and frankly didn’t see much value in it. The older I get the more value I see in it.

I intentionally try to ready different genres to keep myself well rounded. I read the Bible everyday and alternate between fiction novels, biographies and practical living/theological books.

I find that after reading my vocabulary grows, my dreams get bigger and I appreciate the little things in life a little more.

Reading for me has become food for my soul. If your not already a avid reader I encourage you to read something for just ten minutes a day and watch how it transforms your life.
